Fleur Holdings was established to locate, acquire and protect affordable housing developments in locations where market investment is uncommon. We focus on areas where economics threaten existing housing stock with decay, and other options for revitalization are not apparent. By pairing market opportunities in finance and operation, with tax credit and subsidy income, we aim to provide long-term housing stability for a vast group of persons and families that fall in-between the worlds of market and supportive.
While Fleur relies on market-best partnerships and quantitative analysis, ultimately we want to provide housing that residents can be proud to occupy. To that end, we look to rebrand and refresh our communities to eliminate features that have assigned negative impacts. In all markets, we look to partner with innovative social service groups to supply opportunities for both tenants and the community. We know that a tired housing development can bring down neighborhoods, and that a revitalized housing development can make change seem possible, give optimism to the tenants and uphold the original promise of subsidy programs.
